This theme reflects the spirit of the Indonesian people to keep moving forward, facing various challenges, and achieving shared goals. At the age of 79, Indonesia has shown rapid progress in various fields, from economics, education, to technology. However, the journey towards Indonesia Maju is still long and requires hard work and collaboration from all elements of the nation. 

79th Indonesian Independence Day Commemoration in IKN

This year, for the first time, the Indonesian Independence Day commemoration is held in the new capital city (IKN) Nusantara. This is a historic moment that marks a new chapter in the journey of the Indonesian nation. The ceremony of raising the Red and White flag, the commemoration of the seconds of the proclamation, and various other events are held solemnly and festively, both in IKN and throughout the country.

Social media is filled with congratulatory messages, photos of celebrations, and various creative content that shows love for the country.
